LABCON mini heating block / digestor units are suitable for COD's, thermal digestions and general test tube heating applications in the temperature range of ambient +5ºC to 200ºC. Temperature control is microprocessor controlled using PT100 input sensor and a solid state relay output. A three position setpoint selector switch selects either one of two preset temperatures or a continuously variable setpoint control.The preset temperatures are factory set to 100ºC and 148ºC respectively, and are user adjustable to any temperature within the range of ambient +5ºC to 200ºC. A selectable timer, 0-120 minute, for automatic shut-off is also fitted as standard. Aluminium block area - 120 x 120mm. Hole depth - 55mm.

Labcon heating block / digestor units are suitable for COD's, thermal digestions and general test tube heating applications. Digestors consist of three parts:- The electronic control unit, the heating block unit and the test tube rack if required. The remote cables between the microprocessor control unit and the heating block are 1.5m long. Control units and heating blocks are interchangeable.

Machined aluminium block housed in a well insulated powder coated mild steel housing with stainless steel surround. The element is a easily replaceable clamp on type incaloy element.
