Labcon Conveyor Oven System The LABCON IRCon24000 Infra-Red Conveyor Oven System is designed to transport products and materials used in industrial processes.
The conveyor system is equipped with a four zone infra-red heater system which can be used to evaporate moisture or to pre-heat the materials in accordance to a desired temperature profile.
This heater system has optical temperature sensors coupled to micro-processor driven controls to ensure that materials on the conveyor are sufficiently warmed but not over-heated.
The system has the following features:
Safety alarms for Conveyor Belt not in motion, overheating and temperature deviation.
Sturdy powder coated steel construction.
All silicone insulation wiring harnesses.
Uses chain-link belt for maximum durability and reliability.
Belt tensioning adjustment provided.
All rollers use high durability roller / ball bearings.
Micro-processor controlled four zone temperature profile.
Optical temperature sensing for tight control over material temperatures.
High quality ceramic infra-red emitters for heating.
Modular design: Heater elements can be readily removed for maintenance and repair.
Adjustable height legs can be used to level and height match the conveyor.
Variable speed belt provided by motor speed controller. Actual speed will be dependent on application and gearing ratios employed.
Each conveyor oven system is designed to meet the requirements of a specific industrial application. Hence the specification levels of each system will differ to suit the materials being processed.
In all applications the following level of specification is standard:CONVEYOR BELT: Chain-link belt with belt tensioning and alignment mechanism. MOTOR CONTROL: Delta Variable speed motor control. CONVEYOR CHASSIS: All Steel Construction which is powder coated to prevent corrosion damage. HEATERS: Ceramic Infra-red emitters with embedded thermocouple temperature sensing. LOAD TEMPERATURE SENSOR: Optical temperature sensors with inbuilt air-stream jacket to prevent dust from clogging sensor. CONTROL: Dedicated micro-processor controller with 4 independent heating zones and material maximum temperature limiting function.
